Course 1: Introduction to Jersey’s Children First (3 hours)

A broad overview of how to support children by using Jersey’s Children First for those working with children/young people without getting involved in multi-agency processes or those working with adults who may be parents/carers.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the course participants will:

• have an overview of the Jersey’s Children First approach;
• understand the 10 aims of Jersey’s Children First; and
• understand everyone’s responsibility to ask questions when they think a child is not okay.
